First and foremost, I want to say that I am self trained, have no real credentials, and am likely an idiot at stuff like this... After all, I have driven many hours to talk to management of a company in the past and have even gone to central Virginia to pull deeds at a number of courthouses to verify that a company actually owns the real estate that they say they do... As it turns out, the trip was more beneficial to my thesis than I ever could have imagined. Certainly, there is no guarantee that would be the case with you, but again, I might be able to help you out.
Pay me enough, give me enough notice, and I will go to virtually any annual meeting of shareholders that you want me to. I take pretty good notes and will get them to you ASAP. They will come complete with my unbiased thoughts as to what went on... I might even ask a question or two for you, provided that they are reasonable; after all, I am not a corporate gadfly for hire.
